Fuzzy Dynamic Surface Control of a Broken Weapon Based on Nearest Neighbor Clustering Algorithm

Abstract

In order to solve the nonlinear problem caused by internal leakage, friction and external load change of the hydraulic servo system of a barrier breaking weapon launcher, the fuzzy logic system is used to approximate unknown nonlinear function in the electro-hydraulic servo system, using the nearest neighbor clustering algorithms (NNCA) to classify the initial parameters to reduce the number of fuzzy rules. At the same time, an adaptive controller based on dynamic surface control method is designed to solve the problem of poor control accuracy caused by fuzzy control. Simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the system, the precision of breaking the barrier and the speed of adjusting gun.
