Abstract

Angular glint is an important target signature which affects the detection accuracy of radar seriously. It is one of the primary reasons leading to target lost from guided seeker. As for angle tracking system of seeker, the angular glint must be suppressed. For the problem of angular glint, an angular glint suppressing method was presented by using MIMO radar. The simulation results show that the proposed approach is effective by using spatial diversity.
