Structural Design of Sliding Guide Belt Ring for Gun Launched Ammunition

The high speed of the guided projectile will affect the guidance precision. The speed of the projectile launched by the rifted gun can be greatly reduced by using the sliding guide belt. In this paper, the structure and action principle of three circular hole sliding guide belt ring are introduced in detail. The working principle of the sliding guide ring for the guided projectile launched by the linear bore gun is analyzed. Combined with the simulation analysis and test verification, the design of the sliding guide ring and the key points to be controlled are put forward, which has certain reference significance for the design of the sliding guide ring.
