Abstract

Target selection is the core issue of operational planning and command decision of modern and future war. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of target value, the evaluation index system of target value was constructed. The Delphi-AHP method and entropy weight method were used to carry out subjective and objective combination empowerment, then combining the grey incidence degree with the traditional Euclidean distance, the sorting method of approaching ideal solution was improved, finally the improved sorting method of approaching ideal solution was used to built target sequencing model. Example analysis proves that the model is reasonable and reliable.
