Intensity and Reliability Analysis of Light Triggered Electronic Manometer

The test performance of the light-triggered electronic manometer is easy to be affected by the firing environment of the artillery. The end cap of light-triggered electronic manometer with the strong light transmission, good sealing and high compressive strength is designed and the simulation software is used to simulate the end cap and overall compressive strength. And the effect of the new end cap structure on the electromagnetic shielding performance of manometer is analyzed, and the effect of the new end cap structure on the surface of the light window is improved. The electromagnetic shielding film is added inside the light window surface, and this method can improve the overall electromagnetic shielding performance of the manometer. The simulated bore pressure generator is used to produce a similar firing environment for the actual artillery to verify the rationality and effectiveness of light-triggered electronic manometer used in the gun bore pressure test.
