Abstract

For the using quality importance of the missile weapon system and the complexity of the assessment index, the comprehensive assessment model for the using quality of missile weapon system is proposed. According to the affecting factors, assessment index system is established in six aspects, including the combat performance, the realiability, the maintainability, the supportability, the testability and the applicability. The weight of each index is calculated with the comprehensive empowerment method based on the rough set and the adjacent superiority degree. The ideal point method is used to sort the using quality of missile weapon system. Finally an example is used to verify the validity and rationality of the model and calculation method.
