Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Air-to-ground Missile Based on Cloud Model and Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process Entropy Weight Method

Abstract

The study on the effectiveness evaluation is of great significance for air-to-ground missile in its combat operation and improved development. The key problem of operational effectiveness evaluation of air-to-ground missile is how to assess the indexes' weights scientifically and reasonably. In view of the shortage of the existing methods with more subjectivity and uncertain relative importance level between indexes, an extension analytic hierarchy process (AHP) entropy weight method is presented to compute the assessment indexes' weights. An operational effectiveness evaluation model of air-to-ground missile is proposed based on cloud model. It's indicated that the presented model can evaluate the operational effectiveness of air-to-ground missile accurately and effectively.
