Study on Dynamic Calibration Device of Pressure Sensor Based on Explosion Source

To overcome the problem of pressure sensor calibration in shock wave test, a dynamic pressure sensor calibration device which adopted small weigh of explosion driving was designed. This device adopts modular structure, not only makes dynamic calibration of multiple sensors at the same time, but also evaluates consistency in the same measurement range of sensors. Verified by experiment, sensitivity of the sensor error rate got by the device is less than 10%, can meet range test with the sensor sensitivity coefficient of dynamic calibration.
