Research on Optimizing Operating Range Model of Infrared Detection System

In view of precision and suitability in current operating range model of infrared detection system, realistic band detecting method was applied, and the model based on infrared radiation of target and atmospheric attenuation and detection system performance was built. Characteristic curves of infrared radiation intensity and operating range were acquired by simulation in iterative algorithm The maximum angle of radiation intensity and the farthest detection range were located near tail and deviating from the central axis, and the similar conclusion was acquired by the simulation of aclinic infrared radiation intensity and operating range. Compared with reliable data of similar paper, the optimizing model is realistic and suitable for engineering application
