Abstract

Influence of installation errors on direction of axis of sight of seeker was studied. According to structural characteristics of rollpitch seeker, main assembling and adjustment errors of the localizer were classified. Functional relationships between direction errors of axis of sight of the seeker and assembling and adjustment errors were obtained by coordinate transformation and spatial geometric relationship. Simulation results show that direction errors of axis of sight are related with both direction and angular positions of gimbals. The results have important reference value for index decomposition for seeker design.
