Analysis of Target-catching Capability of Terminal Guidance Radar Based on High Resolution Process Simulation

Abstract

Searching-pattern is a kind of core technology of terminal guidance radar of anti-ship missile, which determines whether target could be caught effectively by missile, and eventually exerts an influence on the follow-up trace and probability of missile shooting. In order to evaluate real-timely terminal guidance radar's target-catching ability, a high resolution dynamic target-catching process model of terminal guidance radar was put forward according to the target-catching mechanism based on expanding searching-pattern system. Those factors affecting the target-catching capability of terminal guidance radar were analyzed by simulation to offer useful suggestions for the shortening of electromagnetism revelation time of anti-ship missile based on current-point and lead-point shoot.
