Design and Simulation of 1553B Bus-based Communication Protocol of Missile Weapon System

In view of design of 1553B bus communication protocol of missile weapon system and its difficult feasibility verification, the missile-born system's 1553B bus communication protocol was designed and simulated. Through simulating the bus communication system, calculating and measuring the bus load rate, the communication protocol's feasibility was validated. Bus load rate design-calculation and simulation verification show that: the actual half bus load rate of the missile communication system is 14.76% and full load rate is 26.72%, far lower than the requirement that the maximum 1553B bus rate load is not more than 50% to 70%; theoretical design is feasible to meet the communication requirement of missile data flow.
