The Route Planning of Anti-radiation UAV Search Based on Improved Artificial Potential Field Method

Abstract

In order to improve the search and suppression efficiency of the anti-radiation UAV to the target radar, this paper took the view field constraint of the seeker of the UAV as the starting point to plan the search route. Based on the idea of hierarchical planning, the cost index of search route planning, “field coverage rate”, was proposed, and the improved artificial potential field method was used to carry out the search route planning of anti-radiation UAV. Simulation results show that the route planned by this method is not only safe and flight-able, but also greatly improves the search and suppression efficiency of seeker to target radar, which is helpful to improve the combat effectiveness of anti-radiation UAV.
