Improved Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control for Inverse Rotating Stabilized Steering Gear

In this paper, an improved integral sliding mode variable structure controller is designed for the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the rocket rotating stabilized steering gear speed control system. Aiming at the load disturbance in the working process, a load observer is designed and introduced into the sliding mode controller. The mathematical model of brushless motor is established, and PID, integral sliding mode control and improved integral synovial control are used for simulation verification. The simulation results show that the improved sliding mode variable structure control has small overshoot, fast response and strong robustness to load disturbance
