Research on the Influence of Cable Network Laying on the Quality Characteristic Parameters of Small-caliber Guided Munitions

Abstract

In this paper, a certain type of small precision strike missile is taken as the research object, and the structural model of the cable network on the missile is constructed by using the NX three-dimensional design software. The influence law of the cable laying on the quality parameters such as product quality, center of mass and mass deviation is studied, and the net laying plan has been optimized. After optimization, the measured mass of the projectile is reduced by 245 g compared with the original state, and the mass deviation is reduced by 0.061 mm.The research results show that this method can improve the efficiency and quality of cable network laying design, and provide a basis for the design of the electric and the structure of the projectile, which has important engineering significance for improving quality and efficiency.
