Research on the Microwave Effect of a Missile

Missiles will generate induced electric field when irradiated by electromagnetic pulses during the flight.In this paper, the CST software is used to simulate the microwave effect characteristics of missiles when they are affected by external conditions.The results show that the head of missile is more sensitive than other parts; For the whole missile, electromagnetic pulse in side direction will generate grater influences to the cabin than pulses in other directions.According to the results of the simulation analysis, the sensitive parts of the missile and the coupling states of these parts are obtained, which provides a good design guidance for the design of the missile.
