Abstract

In order to realize the precise control of micro-caliber high-elastic ammunition,the application field of extended piezoelectric bimorph is proposed.Based on the variable centroid control mechanism,a tuning attitude device for small-caliber high-rotation stable missile is proposed.The solution generates a change in the mass moment by the piezoelectric bimorph oscillating mass,and the amplification of the output torque is achieved based on the centrifugal field action.The structural dynamics model of the dual-wafer-mass system was established and the finite element simulation analysis was carried out.A rigid body dynamics model of the warhead (the warhead part) was established.The theoretical analysis results show that the attitude system can meet the requirements of attitude adjustment and can amplify the output torque.
