Frame Structure Design of a Combined Helicopter-borne Missile Launcher

In order to solve the problems such as poor consistency of weight,low yield of cast products and limited quantity of foundry manufacturers who meet the requirements of the casting frame of the launcher,it is put forward that the frame of the launcher is designed into six parts,which are added and formed by machine.The modular and combinational design of the frame is realized.Through finite element analysis and test verification,it is shown that the combined design scheme of the frame of this type launcher is feasible and meets the requirements of structural performance.
