Abstract

In order to solve the problem of long design period, low design efficiency and high investment cost in the traditional design process of rockets, the rocket digital design system was built. The system integrated some key technologies, such as a variety of CAD/CAE software, the design process of application parameterization, three dimensional parameterized automatic modeling of missile body and optimization design of overall structural parameters, which achieved the design, optimization, simulation and other digital processes of rocket products. The feasibility of the system in the design of different types of rockets was verified by the design of key technologies. This system not only greatly improves the design efficiency of rocket, but also provides a theoretical reference for the digital design of other conventional ammunition.
