Abstract

In order to solve the problem of effectiveness evaluation of ballistic missile penetrating operations, we propose a way of effectiveness evaluation based on operational simulation experiments, aiming at the complexity and diversity of system operational effectiveness evaluation. The general ballistic missile penetration simulation framework, multi-dimensional effectiveness index system, data acquisition and multi-source data fusion technology and methods are applied to effectively solve the problem of missile penetration effectiveness evaluation under different battlefield environments and different operational conditions. In order to solve the problem of missile penetration and related operational effectiveness evaluation, a method and idea are provided.
