In order to study influence of dispension parameters on distribution radius and falling time of submunition striking moving sea-object, point mass ballistic equations is build and then programmed Analysis of effect of diffent dispension parameters on distribution radius and falling time of submunition is carried out, the results show that the dispension height and velocity of cluster munition are very important parameters, therefore emphasis should be paid on them when designing dispension parameters.
