Research and Application of Multi-support Balance

Wind tunnel balance, known as the main measuring device of force measurement on aircraft, which plays an irreplaceable role in wind tunnel test. The six-component force balance is mostly measured by single support in test. With the design and development of new models, such as missiles and aircraft, a new demand for multi-support measurement was put forward, whether it is wind tunnel test or mounts test flight. In this paper, the limitations of integral calibration of multi-support balance were analyzed, and put forward the technological schemes of multi-component balance is that, single calibration and combination measurement. This can solve the problem of multisupport measurement test effectively.
