Design and Implementation on Full Loop Debugging System of Missile-Borne Computer

Due to the low coverage rate, difficult debugging and fault location in the process of debugging and testing for missile borne computer at present, this paper puts forward a full loop debugging and testing method. A variety of missile borne computer's signal link, excitations, test equipments are related to each other based on this method, which automatically forms a test loop for all kinds of signals. The proposed test method can execute hardware status verification, performance testing, fast fault location, and improve the detection coverage and debugging efficiency of the missile borne computer.
