Abstract

A product with a fuze fault experienced bore acceleration test, it was found that near the muzzle appears test high-frequency step-curve phenomenon. The development department made analysis on interior ballistic projectile design and acceleration test, laboratory simulation test and equivalent strength simulation analysis of missile structure were done in consideration of safety. The results show that: bore overload curve anomalies are not caused by interior ballistic charge structure, according to analysis, projectile collision with artillery in preliminary of semi-confinement period causes signal interference, result in higher test peak. Equivalent simulation test of test chamber and simulation analysis of structure strength and launch safety of projectile results show that the missile is still in the range of calculation under extreme conditions. It can be said when launching the product is safe.
