Surface Air Defense Fire System Evaluation New Technology Based on Vague Sets

Abstract

Considering the deficiency of known surface air-defense fire system evaluation technology, a new method based on vague sets was presented. Fuzzy value expression and weight calculation of the index were offered, this method can avoid subjective deviation from expert evaluation method availably. On this basis, a mathematical model of surface air-defense fire system evaluation was established by multiple attribute decision theories, and ranking method of the evaluation was given. The example demonstrates that the result of this evaluation technology is correct. The method proposed by this paper is valuable for commander's decision making.
