Guidelines for Submissions

1. When submitting, upload the electronic version of the original "Confidentiality Review Certificate". There is no uniform format requirement for the Certificate, but the names appearing in it should be consistent with the title of the submitted electronic paper and the first author. The official seal at the end of the Certificate must be from the confidentiality review department of the first author's institution or a legal entity.

2. Please download the "Copyright Transfer Agreement for the Paper", sign it as required, and upload the electronic version when submitting your paper. The Editorial Department will only start the review process of the paper after receiving the "Confidentiality Review Certificate" and the "Copyright Transfer Agreement for the Paper" and verifying them to be correct.

3. Please download the "Paper Template" and write your paper according to the format requirements therein.

4. After the paper enters the initial review process, the title of the paper and the author information cannot be changed.

5. The paper should not be incomplete and must have a Chinese Library Classification number and a Document Code: A.
6. The format for author names in the English abstract should be surname first and given name last. Surname should be in full capital letters and the first letter of given names should be capitalized. For example: LI Ming.
7. The Journal gives priority to publishing articles funded by research projects. Please provide the project name and its number at the bottom of the first page of your paper.
8. Please attach the author's brief introduction at the bottom of the first page of the paper, and insure to provide it in the following standard format: Author's name (born in XXXX), gender, title, educational background. E-mail: XXXXXXXX@XXXX
9. The table format should adopt the three-line table style.
10. The pictures and tables should be accurate and clear, and all the text in the pictures and tables should be in English.
11. References should be accurate and complete. Please refer to the paper on the WeChat official account: "How to Make the References of Your Paper More Standardized".

12. If the paper is returned to the author for revision and the author does not handle it or apply for an extension within 30 consecutive days, it will be regarded as an automatic withdrawal of the paper and the submission will be withdrawn.
