Abstract

Launch area is a large space, when target is in different subdomains; the kill probability of missile is not the same. For seeking the best fire time and improving combat effectiveness, the launch area was discrete, the value of miss distance at characteristic point was calculated and the optimal launch area was selected. The method of missile envelops optimization was put forward. Based on simulation platform of portable surface-to-air missile, the simulation result that a certain type of portable surface-to-air missile shooting a certain type of target drone was analyzed, the distribution law of the miss distance in the launch area was obtained, and a reference that how to choose the fire opportunity for shooter and commander was provided.
