A New Damage Effectiveness Evaluation Method of Fragmentation Warheads upon Group Targets Based on VRML Language and Surface Element Detection Technique

Abstract

To overcome the limitation of traditional damage effectiveness evaluation methods on group targets, a new damage effectiveness evaluation method of fragmentation warhead damaging group targets based on VRML language and surface element detection technique was put forword combining with shot line method. The key technology and general idea were expounded in the paper, and an example of fragmentation warheads damage aircrafts placed in the garage was given r and damage effectiveness data was achieved. The results showthat the new method is both simple and can be easily realized by programming.
