A New Method of Image Quality Evaluation

Abstract

A method of image quality evaluation was proposed based on indicia. Through indicia setting, by the method the guidance image quality can also be evaluated without original image. It improves accuracy and practicality of image quality evaluation. Simulation experiment shows the way can reflect human being's subjective feeling preferably, and it solves a traditional image quality evaluation problem that we can evaluate the guidance image quality without original image. It can enhance the availability of the attack when we don't know the accurate image of the enemy area.
