Abstract

The NCADE is an airborne antimissile missile developed by Raytheon company in the US. In order to obtain the exact trajectory character of NCADE, a mathematical model is established and a reasonable guidance and control algorism is designed based on the character of the missile, the digital simulation of the NCADE missile is carried out subsequently. Simulation result shows that the key factor of NCADE missile's ability to hit the target directly is achieved by its adoption of an orbit control mode reaction-jet control system which is essential to accomplish kinetic energy interception against high speed ballistic missiles.
