The Simulation Study on Protective Technology of Testing Instruments in Strong Detonation Environment

In order to obtain the design parameters of the protective structure when the test equipment was in strong detonation environment, a small tactical missile was taken as the model. The force situation of the test equipment on various locations in cabin and using foam aluminum material for protection were simulated about 30kg TNT explode. It is shown that there is a clear change on the response of test equipment. When adopting the whole package protection, the impact has been reduced to one percent of the acceleration and 1/20 of the pressure. After the measures of filling and strenthening the structure were taken, the test equipment can totally withstand the impact.
