Optimization for Regional Air Defense Deployment Based on Memetic Algorithms

Abstract

Aiming at the shortage of local target protection existing in the general rule based deployment in the regional air defense deployment, a deployment plan for replenishing the firepower distribution of important targets sheltering is proposed. First the realization method of fire distribution is presented; secondly according to the characteristics of air-defense missile, the position in the environmental constraints are quantified, based on which the regional air defense deployment optimization model is established taking fire coverage and interception depth as target function. Finally the model is solved by combing Baldwin effect of improved Memetic differential evolution algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can solve the problem of insufficient fire protection for local targets.
