Amplifier Frequency Effects in Impact Acceleration Measurement

In order to study the influence of the amplifier low cut-off frequency on the test signal in the impact acceleration measurement, the dropping shock acceleration experiment is carried out by setting different cut-off frequency of the amplifier. The results show that there is a great difference between the acceleration signals under different conditions. The acceleration of the impact block can be obtained effectively under the condition of 10 kHz low pass frequency of the amplifier. The research results are helpful in analyzing the failure of the sensor and improving its structure under impact condition. According to different research purposes, the cut-off frequency of the amplifier needs to be set variously.
