Accuracy Analysis of Passive Location Based on Kalman Filter

The observation of single station passive location based on the signal radiated by the target to measure the position of target, which has the advantages of concealment and anti-interference ability. This paper, whose research background is one infrared seeker of a detection system, establishes the system state model and measurement model, and the technology of position estimation based on Kalman filter is studied. The effects of positioning accuracy, flight speed, angle measurement accuracy and target distance on the residual error of target position are analyzed. The simulation shows that the Kalman filter algorithm has high calculation accuracy, and can suppress the adverse effects of divergence and measurement error by optimizing the system model and parameters.
