Abstract

In the application of target detection, passive acoustic detection technology has its unique advantages, which can effectively compensate for the deficiency of other detection methods. In order to solve the problem of low flexibility, high complexity and other issues result from passive acoustic detection system that relies on the wired data transmission, the ZigBee-based passive acoustic detection data collection system was designed. As the main chip of the wireless transmission module, CC2530 was connected with the signal acquisition and processing chip TMS320LF2407 through the SPI. SimpliciTI protocol stack of TI was applied in the software development of CC2530 for transmitting the detection results back to the receiver and displays on the connected LCD 1602. The results of experiment indicate that the system can securely and correctly transmit the information of target and in real-time back to the receiver.
