The Calculation of Aerial Homing-depth Charge Hitting Probability by Monte-Carlo Method

Abstract

In order to calculate the hitting probability of aerial homing-depth charge based on the aerial trajectory and underwater trajectory with different control orderliness models of longitudinal trajectory for the parachute and charge system, the determinant model of single charge and a couple of charges was established. The Matlab/Simulink was used to carry on simulation research for single charge and a couple of charges. The simulation result shows that the hitting probability of single aerial homing-depth charge is much enhanced when the target is moving in the shallow sea. The hitting probability of a couple of homing-depth charges is also enhanced in opposition to the targets moving in the deep sea.
