Trajectory Design and Simulation of Missiles with Morphing Wings

In order to realize the multifunctional and general operational requirements of missiles with morphing, this paper designs the initial trajectory scheme, cruise trajectory scheme, patrol trajectory scheme and attack trajectory scheme respectively to achieve the economical navigation of cruise section, the low-speed and long-endurance reconnaissance of patrol section and the high-maneuver dive attack of attack section. The mathematical model of trajectory scheme is established and tested by Simulink. The results show that the missile is launched by carrier aircraft from the height of 1 000 m, slide into 500 m steadily, dive attack after finding the target of 17 710 m and hit the target finally. The trajectory scheme can realize the smooth switching between multiple combat tasks of the missile with morphing wings, improve the operational adaptability of the missile, and extend life cycle of the missile.
