Analysis on Factors Affecting the Launching Process of Vehicular Dual-launch Platform

In order to reasonably screen the launch environment of the vehicle-mounted dual launch platform, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of the launch process of the two missiles before and after. Based on the nonlinear finite element numerical calculation, the influences of engine thrust misalignment angle, ground inclination angle on the launch accuracy and the platform stability were summarized. A finite element model with initial ground stress was built.The results show that the engine thrust eccentricity has little effect on the stability of the launching platform within ±0.5°; the ground tilt angle has a great influence on the stability of the launching platform and should be launched within ±2.5°.
