The Research on Quick Start Technology of Protective Door

To solve the problem of protective door, the action process of protective door was introduced, and a quick start technology using explosive blast ignition to build high pressure was also introduced. The time sequence and time allocation of the quick start technology were proposed by analyzing the action process of the quick start system. The key time of the quick start technology was analyzed and calculated with the classical ballistics interior. The results indicate that the explosive blast ignition can reduce the pressure-building combustion time largely, and the decreasing extent is more than one order, which can satisfy the requirements. The research result is of great practical value.
