Abstract

A method of integrated modeling and joint simulation for hydraulic control actuator under different environment was ad-vanced in the paper. The mechanical system and hydraulic transmission system were built within ADAMS and the simulating model for the control system of the hydraulic control actuator was built in MATLAB/Simulink. With the integration of the mechanical completed, hydraulic and control systems, the joint simulation with this technology was achieved. The research result indicates: the correct simulation model of hydraulic control actuator can be achieved by this method; the simulation result is more reliable which is helpful to validation of hydraulic control actuator performance and improvement of the design.
