Research and Application of High Precision Mechanical and Electrical Auto-loading Method

Wind tunnel balance is an important device in wind tunnel test. The calibration of balance is completed by balance calibration system. Aiming at problem of weight loading method in balance calibration system, the research of electromechanical auto-loading technique was developed. This paper introduced the research process and feasibility test of high precision electromechanical auto-loading technique in detail. Finally, this new technique was applied in BACS5000 balance calibration system successfully and it also proved that this technique can be applied more widely.
