Abstract

It is held by the authors that organizational factors had great influence on the occurrence of human errors in the process of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system development, produce and operation, by affecting the safety behaviors of operating personnel. Firstly, a dynamic simulation model of safety behavior of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system integrating or-ganizational factors was proposed by combining intuitionistic fuzzy sets and fuzzy cognitive map theory. Then, the analysis framework of safety behavior characteristics of operating personnel from organizational perspective was established. And an intuitionistic fuzzy cognitive map model was established based on intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted operator and fuzzy cognitive map by analyzing the influencing rela-tionships among organizational factors, system state and the safety behaviors of operating personnel. Finally, the mechanism of organiza-tional factors influencing the perceived behavior, decision-making behavior and execution behavior of operating personnel was simulated based on the proposed model. And the simulation results showed that the proposed model was effective to reflect the dynamic mechanism of organizational factors influencing safety behaviors of surface-to-air missile man-machine-environment system.
