Abstract

By effectively fusing the measuring element of radar measurement with the range sum rate of high precision multi-velocity-measuring system, a new type of tracking equipment, target location and velocity parameters can be determined simultaneously and the dependence on the location data could be broken. Following this fusion method, the target location can be determined once the flying speed is known. The method offers a new technical means to process ballistic curve data and provides technical support for analyzing and evaluating rocket flight performance.
