Analysis of Individual Shoulder Balance Shooting Noise and Design and Realization of Restraining Mechanism

Abstract

For realization low noise shooting of individual shoulder balance shooting, based on analysis and research on forming of individual shoulder balance shooting noise, by using principles of radial inflate deformation of thin-wall rings under the function of explosive gas pressure, a new restrain mechanism of noise was designed. According to numerical analysis and experiment, shooting noise of balance shooting on the average is smaller than 162 dB, low noise shooting is realized. It provides technical reference for design of this kind of weapon.
