Research and Design of a New Digital Laser Spot Monitor

In this paper, by studying characteristics of laser spot, a new type of digital laser spot monitor was designed. System has realized reliable acquisition, spot image display and storage function. At the same time, by using rechargeable lithium battery powered device power supply, the field work efficiency is improved. Practice shows that the new spot monitor designed in this paper is used to guide sight adjustment of the semi-active laser guidance weapon system; the firing accuracy of weapon system is effectively improved.
