Systematic Calibration Method Without North Reference for Optimal Strapdown Inertial System Based on System Calibration Theory

Abstract

In view of difficult operation of large equipment due to complex operation for its north reference, based on basic system calibration with north reference, the system calibration without north reference was deduced in detail. The results show that the method is practicable, it improves the usability of calibration equipment, and meets the need of general engineering application in calibration accuracy.
