All Wireless Control Shock Wave Overpressure Test System Design

In view of test failure caused by complex natural factors and human factors in shock wave overpressure test, in order to test and control testing device in the whole process, a kind of wave pressure test system which is based on Zigbee, MSP430 MCU, CPLD and two pieces of Flash chip and fully controlled by wireless was proposed.In this paper function, hardware design and software design of the system were introduced, an explosion experiment was done.Full controllability and accuracy of test system were validated by real explosion test and analysis of test data.
