Study on the Effect of Grille Structure on Composite Damage Warhead

In order to study effect of grid structure on composite damage warhead, according to numerical simulation, forming process of composite warhead was analyzed, the effect of grid on prefabricated tungsten ball fragment and the impact of different grid shape, different position and different grid size on liner were studied.The results show that the warhead can be an effective damage element, warhead with square grid is better in MEFP molding effect.Besides, when distance between shaped charge warhead and grid is 5 mm and square's side length is 10 mm, MEFP js better in shape.
