Simulation Research on Pulse Laser Radiation CCD Detector

The saturation jam caused by pulse laser radiation CCD is validated via the experiment; the parameters of pulse laser such as peak power, pulse width, repetition frequency are particularly analyzed. The simulation model is constructed to analyze the single parameter's effect on saturation threshold of the detector; the simulation results show that the bigger pulse width, higher peak power and bigger repetition frequency make the detector more easily to reach saturation.
