Research on Modified Constellation Selection Algorithm Based on Determinant in Seamless Positioning System

To overcome the problem of signal dead zone in single satellite system, this paper put forwards a seamless positioning scheme based on GPS, Beidou and DTMB signal sources, it can achieve seamless positioning in three different areas: outdoor, urban and indoor. Simulation result shows that compared with the traditional constellation selection algorithm, the improved constellation selection algorithm has obvious advantages, such as higher positioning accuracy, shorter computation time, lower computational complexity, and smaller geometric accuracy factor. When using 16 groups of signal sources, there is a 95% relative deviation less than 0.15, a 90% relative deviation less than 0.1, and an 88% relative deviation less than 0.05.
